Help answer the question about Php Scripts
Parsing php scripts to make them readable after input sanitizing?I just finished writing a php mail() function script for a contact form on my website. Being wary of spammers and hackers utilizing badly-coded php mail scripts to achieve ill ends, I added some remove_headers code and some htmlentities replacers. Now the inputs have been sanitized so that spammers/hackers can't do what they want with it, and the form still works great. However, whenever there's weird punctuation it's always replaced with the equivalent URL indicator like %20 or \' or < or > et cetera when there are brackets <> or quotes. ' " Is there some way to parse the lines of text back into something readable and understandable after original formatting has been removed to prevent hacking? Some kind of program or Firefox plugin or php script or something that'll render my messages readable again?
The relevant pages are http://www.poojalooba.com/contact.html where the contact form is and http://www.poojalooba.com/process_form.txt that is the script (I know it's a .txt but I can't link to the .php file because it executes before you can view the source, so this is the code for the php file just formatted into a .txt)
Any help would, of course, be awesome.

It appears that the question period has expired. If you have received an answer that meets your needs, please choose one of those as a 'best answer.' If you haven't received a good answer for your question, you may want to consider the following,
1) Re-post your question. Newer questions get more activity on Yahoo! Answers than old ones.
2) If you do re-post your question, consider why it wasn't answered the first time. Could it be more specific? Could it be worded better? Were there grammatical or spelling errors? Was it in the best category?
If it doesn't seem likely that re-posting your question will help you, then here's a listing of my favorite 'answer sites'. Maybe one of them will help you.

C is 30 times faster (literally) on my system as bytecode Java. But Java is the premier language in documentation and ease of use.
If you are into exotic languages, use the (almost) universal one – Assembler. It is one level above binary code, but it is the fastest thing there is, however awkward it is to program in.
hm i couldn’t tell the difference between photograph and painting comparing the final resault.
This is sick
Advanced Algebra and Trig
and maybe calculus and stats
When i first started out, i found 3 things helped the best. The first was i got a book out from the library that turned out to be a brilliant read, explaining all the concepts with some practical examples.
The second was i searched for some example code online, and saw what it did. I then just took that code and hacked it together with other code and saw the output.
Finally, i also had a friend to explain the harder concepts i just couldnt understand at first.
Php is a perfectly fine language as first to start learning. But you cant just walk right into it. Its markup is quite strict – if you get a quote in the wrong place or miss a ; – it will mess up the whole page. But once you understand it you will understand the principles behind all programming languages.
When you say you just dont get it, what exactly do you not understand? Is if syntax? go to w3schools website (see link below) to get the foundations right.
Stick with it, once you get there it is well worth the journey.
Hope this helps.
You need to learn either C# or VB.NET to use ASPX. It is not the same, but you cannot program ASPX without one of these languages.
C# is a good language to learn for game programming
It can easily be worth a full time day job.
Of course that depends upon the level of experience you have, and the project you are working on.
As for "trying to go into other fields (like sales, or finance, or even customer service)".
No matter what job you have, you are in sales, and in customer service. Why? You have to sell the fact that you have certain skills to someone, even if it's in a large company. And you have to provide a customer service as in providing feedback and keeping managers up to date with project(s) that you are working on.
You want to try yourself out in sales, then try to market your skills on the open market (freelancer.com, web2coder.com, templatemonster.com, etc.) and see if folks pick you up and great customer service skills will provide a key to having folks come back to you time and time again.
It's true.
You need to understand "programming" first, after that PHP will be a breeze.
I suggest you pick up PHP for dummies, and start with small programs first first – you'll get the hang of it in a week…
Keep practicing, and you can graduate to bigger things.
Just don't give up!
I don't think you should get too hung up on the specific technology right now. If you are comfortable writing php and mysql, then go for it! If you have a great idea, prototype it and deliver it as a beta. You will learn by doing. Until you know what the key constraints are in your specific problem, it is unlikely that you will pick the perfect solution. A lot of this probably depends on how your app will be used and how it will evolve which at the beginning is hard to predict. So if you feel you have the tools to deliver something useful, do it. If you picked the ideal tools for the job, then great; if not, you can take what you've learned and re-implement in Ruby on Rails
My only additional piece of advice would be to familiarize yourself with the lower level technologies you are using. Many of these tools nicely and usefully abstract some of these details from you, but they are really worth knowing. An added benefit is that when you understand what your tool is doing for you under the covers, you can more easily switch tools. For example, i'm always surprised how many experienced web developers have fundamental gaps in their knowledge of http, etc.
Good luck!
woww that’s really relax and beatiful soung .good picture of jhony depp !
Very nice!!
Perfect.
